Replacements and Returns

Both for the refund and for the replacement of the goods it is essential to get in touch with the Company before the return of the goods and waiting for its approval. We could not accept returns without prior approval.

Return procedure for retuned goods from Italy:

  1. Write an e-mail to amministrazione@jgrobotics.biz within 8 working days from the delivery date and specify:
    • The products bought
    • The relating order number
    • The intention to return the good and if you want to be refunded or to replace the product with a different one.
    • The reason of the return
  2. The Customer Service of the Company will send you an e-mail with the approval of the return.
  3. Write the address where to ship back the goods on two copies. Put the product in its original package (if included) and then in a box. Make sure that the package is properly sealed. Glue the label with the address on the box or on the envelope. Keep a second label ready to be given to the courier as a receipt.
  4. Ship back the goods at your own expense with a courier.

Refund procedure for retuned goods from Italy:

  1. After having received and verified your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
  2. The price paid for the returned good will be refunded (net of possible shipping costs or damaged goods).
  3. In case you have asked for a replacement due to non-compliance or to damage, we will ship it back to you without additional costs with a courier.

Return procedure for returned goods from overseas:

Even if you have ordered an article from an address outside the Italian territory you could replace or return or ask for a refund. In this case the procedure is similar to the above. If you want to return a product from an address outside Italy:

  1. Write an e-mail to amministrazione@jgrobotics.biz within 8 working days from the delivery date and specify:
    • The products bought
    • The relating order number
    • The intention to return the good and if you want to be refunded or to replace the product with a different one.
    • The reason of the return
  2. The Customer Service of the Company will send you an e-mail with the approval of the return.
